Nice to meet you!

When I got my ADHD diagnosis at age 28, my whole life changed.

I finally had a name for what I had been experiencing most of my life — not just that I was “crazy.”

While understanding my condition took a lot of time, work, and plenty of trial & error, I had a clearer path forward towards the thriving, fulfilled life that I wanted.

Unfortunately, so many women go throughout their days wondering why they can’t seem to navigate life in the same way everyone else around them can. Why can’t they just ‘figure it out’ and push harder?

As ADHD women, our physiologies are subtly different from others, requiring more education, support and strategy. We have often learned to adapt in a world that isn’t always built for us, causing a potential mismatch in how we see ourselves and our ability to reach the goals we make.

As an ADHD-informed health and fitness coach, it is my goal to help women with ADHD find sustainable and personalized practices that make sense for them and their bodies.

I support these women in building physical strength, consistency, and resilience through nervous-system–aware exercise, lifestyle coaching, and nutrition guidance.

My approach prioritizes function, flexibility, and long-term health—helping women create habits that work with their bodies and brains rather than against them.

Looking forward to connecting with you on your journey towards a vibrant, healthy life!
