ADHD-informed Health & Fitness Coaching for Women

Providing a sustainable, nervous-system-aware approach to longevity, strength, and performance.

You might be here if:

  • You have tried traditional fitness or wellness plans that felt too rigid, boring, overwhelming, or unsustainable

  • You feel motivated in short bursts, then burn out or lose momentum

  • You are in therapy or medical care and want your physical health habits to better support that work

  • You want to feel stronger, more capable, and more at home in your body — without pushing past your limits

  • You prefer a calm, collaborative approach rather than high-pressure coaching

  • You are ready to build habits that actually fit your life, not fight against it

ADHD can impact how the body regulates energy, stress, and focus. That means many women need a different kind of support — one that’s structured, flexible, and nervous-system aware.

How I support women with ADHD:

  • Exercise can often feel boring, intimidating or stressful for people with ADHD. Finding the right kind of exercise (that you enjoy!) to support your nervous system and body’s needs is crucial. What might be a popular fitness trend right now may or may not be what’s actually best suited to your physiology.

  • Eating healthy can be difficult for people with ADHD, for a variety of reasons. We will work together to find the right balance of getting in foods you enjoy while still nourishing your brain and body appropriately.

  • It’s no secret that getting enough sleep is important for a healthy body. People with ADHD often have a difficult time figuring out how to get the right amount of sleep. We will work together to find a sleep routine that works for you and your schedule, as well as your body’s unique circadian rhythm.

  • Living with ADHD often has hidden challenges that affect our daily stress levels, frequently without us even realizing it. We will work together to identify cues your body is giving you when stressed and find techniques that help you feel calmer, happier and more at-ease.

Why an ADHD-informed Approach Matters:

ADHD physiology can affect energy regulation, sleep patterns, stress response, and exercise tolerance.

Because of this, generic fitness plans or rigid routines often backfire — leading to frustration, injury, or burnout.

My work focuses on function, sustainability, and resilience, so movement and health practices support your life rather than compete with it.
